"I couldn't find one team I trusted with everything."
I'm Priyesh Prashar. I finished my B.Tech in 2025, and before that — since 2023 — I was already building. Not for a big company. Not for a funded startup. Just for people who came to me because someone else had let them down.
Every project taught me the same lesson: businesses don't need a different vendor for every problem. They need one team that understands the whole picture — the website, the app, the CRM that tracks the leads, the AI that answers at 2 AM, the SEO that brings the traffic in the first place. And they need that team to be reachable, honest, and reasonably priced.
I couldn't find that company. Not in Bihar, not in Bangalore. Not at the price points small and growing businesses can actually afford. So in July 2026, I stopped looking and started Keliyo.
We're not registered yet as a formal entity — we're a few months old, and I'd rather you know that than read a fake registration number. What we do have is 75+ real projects built over three years, three physical offices, and a stubborn belief that the next Stripe, the next Zerodha, the next big tech company can come from a town most people can't find on a map.

The first project
While still an engineering student, Priyesh starts taking on freelance work — websites for local businesses, small projects for college seniors, then full-stack builds for founders who couldn't find anyone reliable. It quickly becomes clear: the demand exists, but the trust doesn't. Every client arrives with a story of someone who let them down before.

The full-stack pattern
What starts as web development work expands naturally — mobile apps, CRM systems, ERP modules, SEO work, the odd game. By the end of the year, the work isn't just projects anymore. It's a library of patterns, tools, and code that gets faster to reuse every time. This is the year the phrase "I build everything" stops being a brag and starts being a system.

Priyesh completes his B.Tech. The 75+ projects, the clients who keep coming back, and the referral network across Bihar, MP, and beyond — they've become something bigger than a freelancer's practice. The gaps in the market are now obvious to him: no one company offers the full stack with the same quality bar. He starts sketching what that company could be.

The company formally launches with offices in Samastipur (Bihar), Bangalore, and Bhopal. Seven service lines, three locations, one operating principle: be the team we couldn't find. The vault — four products in development — starts taking shape. The first wave of client projects under the Keliyo name begins.

Who is behind Keliyo?
Keliyo is founded and run by Priyesh Prashar — a 2025 B.Tech graduate who has been building software since 2023. Every project passes through him personally.
Is Keliyo a registered company?
Not yet. We were founded in July 2026 and are in the process of formal registration. We tell you this upfront instead of pretending otherwise. Our work history and pricing are unaffected by this.
Where is Keliyo based?
Our headquarters is in Samastipur, Bihar — with additional offices in Bangalore and Bhopal. We serve clients across India and globally.

Why did you start in Bihar instead of Bangalore?
